Position: Call Center Representative
Location: Virginia Beach, VA (In-Person)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (No Weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Engage with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and text messages from patients.
- Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions, aiming for one-contact resolutions.
- Utilize provided scripts for sales and customer support purposes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Work towards meeting individual and team targets.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a call center environment, with skills in conflict resolution and customer sales.
- Preferred: Experience in dental/orthodontic settings.
